AIDE SMS Terms
Effective date: 07/29/26
These terms govern the text (SMS) messages AIDE sends. AIDE is a division of Appsuite, Inc. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during signup, you agree to these terms.
1. What the program is
The AIDE service notification program sends automated transactional text messages to registered AIDE account holders. Messages include account verification codes, password reset codes, sign-in alerts, payment confirmations and failures, workspace setup codes, and workspace status alerts.
This is not a marketing program. AIDE does not send promotional or advertising messages through it.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. There are two places this happens: the signup and checkout screen, if you are the person buying, and the seat activation screen, if you were invited to an existing AIDE workspace. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchasing or using AIDE.
Only you can provide your own number. Nobody — including an administrator who invites you — can enter a mobile number or give SMS consent on your behalf. If you do not opt in, AIDE delivers the same notifications by email.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity. Messages are sent in response to events on your account rather than on a schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility, and AIDE does not charge for these messages.
4. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any AIDE message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resume, reply START. You may also remove your mobile number in your AIDE account settings.
Opting out of text messages does not close your account. AIDE will continue to send account and security notifications by email, which cannot be turned off while your account is active.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP to any AIDE message, or contact [email protected].
6. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and AIDE cannot guarantee delivery. Because delivery is not guaranteed, do not rely on text messages as your only means of receiving security notifications.
7. Your number and your privacy
AIDE does not sell your mobile number or your SMS consent, and does not share either with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is shared only with the telecommunications providers needed to deliver the messages you asked for. See the Privacy Policy for how AIDE handles your information.
8. Changes
AIDE may update these terms. Material changes to what the program sends will be posted here with a new effective date, and where consent requires it, AIDE will ask you to opt in again.
